Shipping Policy
Digital items:
Once payment has been received, you will receive an email with the link to download your digital item. Please ensure the email address you provide at checkout is correct.
Physical items:

Cost of postage will be noted in each individual listing.

Express post may be an option at an additional cost - see individual listings.

Items with tracking will be sent via Australia Post or Sendle.

Untracked items sent via Australia Post: coasters, mouse pads, car coasters.
Items will be posted to the address supplied at checkout, please ensure this is correct as no refunds will be issued for items sent to incorrectly supplied postal addresses.
Processing time:
We aim to ship all physical orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
NOTE: You will be notified if there are any delays in shipping due to the item purchased needing to be physically made by Tina.
