Refund Policy

Digital Products: 

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Please ensure your order is correct before purchasing. 

Physical Products:  We have a 30 day return policy.

Change of mind: 

Postage will be at the cost of the buyer. Items must be in their original condition, packaging and unused. Any shipping costs paid on the purchase of your item are not refundable. Please contact us before sending the item back so we know to expect it.

Damaged Items:

Please notify us immediately if your item has arrived damaged, please include photos of both the damaged item and packaging to help us substantiate the claim against the carrier. 

You can choose a replacement or a refund if item is damaged.

 

Note: Physical items will be posted to the address supplied at checkout, please ensure this is correct as no refunds will be issued for items sent to incorrectly supplied postal addresses.

 

** Where physical items have been ordered for collection at the markets, please inspect your order upon collection as no refunds will be issued once taken**
